This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 2018-08-28 at 11:00 AM, at Lahore to consider the Quarter Accounts for the period ended 2018-6-30 for declaration of any entitlement.
The Company has declared the Closed Period from 2018-08-21 to 2018-08-28 as required 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
